  • Step 1 – Take the half bowl of water and insert all spices for about 2 hours. Take another bowl with water and add cashew nuts and soak them for 2 hours.
  • Step 2 – Prepare a mixture of tomatoes, ginger, onion and garlic in a mill.
  • Step 3 – Take oil in a fried pan and press the puree in it.
  • Step 4– Add spices into the puree and let it cook until it is half in quantity.
  • Step 5 – Add hot water into the mixture, followed by paneer and salt.
  • Step 6 – Let the mixture cook in a low flame for 10 minutes and check the consistency. Add fresh cream last
  • Step 7 – Finally, exclude the heat and serve the recipe with hot paratha, Phulka, rice and Naan.
