  • Step 1 – Prepare a dough with baking powder, white flour, salt and water.

  • Step 3 – Close grated vegetables such as carrots, capsicum and cabbage and let them cook a little, but let them stay crispy.

  • Step 5 – Prepare a flat base of 5 inches with the wheat flour.

  • Step 7 – Now prepare a Potli type of a structure by closing the flat base and turn it to seal the filling.
  • Step 8 – Damp the Momo for about 10 minutes and serve soy sauce with chilli sauce.
