It is Ramzan month and I personally was a big fan of vegetables Biryani Shorbha. The recipe is also known as Sherwa in most places.

The delicious recipe can be enjoyed with vegetables Biryani Shabha, Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, Fish Biryani or any variety of rice that contain your choice.

Ingredients that are required to prepare the Shaba recipe –

  • A large spoon oil
  • 2 medium -sized tomatoes
  • A large onion
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 2 green chilli
  • 3/4 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste
  • A handful of pudina
  • 1 tablespoon of red chili powder
  • One and a half tablespoon of fresh yogurt
  • 1/4 tablespoon of turmeric powder
  • Salt as required
  • 2 Tej Patta
  • 3 cloves
  • 3 Elaichi
  • Half tablespoon of Jeera

How to prepare the vegetable Biryani Shabha recipe –

  • Step 1 – Add a little oil into a pan and fry chilli and onion together.
  • Step 2 – Set the Ginger garlic paste and fry everything until the smell absolutely disappears.
  • Step 3 – Mix finely chopped tomatoes, followed by salt and water until the mixture becomes soft and mushy.
  • Step 4 – Add coconut and fry the same for 5 minutes until you get this aroma. Switch off the gas flame and puree the entire vegetables in a mixed loop. Convert it into a perfectly smooth puree after cooling the mixture beforehand.
  • Step 5 – Take another pan and put some oil in it. Heat the oil and add all dry spices, including mint.
  • Step 6 – Pour puree in the Masala, followed by turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and masala powder. stir everything
  • Step 7 – bring everything into the desired consistency. Finally add your heart and simmer for 10 minutes. Make sure you continue to mix it until the mixture cooks after adding the yogurt.
  • Step 8 – Serve the SHorba with any kind of rice you want.
