  • Step 6 – Apply a little oil and convert the ball into a circle with a roller pen.
  • Step 7 – When the oil begins to cook, put the luchi in and gently press it with the dotted trowel until it is swollen.
  • Step 8 – Take a Tissue paper on a plate and serve the Luchi on it.

How to serve Luchi –

Luchi is not alone. It must be accompanied by JEERA RIED or a kind of sharp gravu to complete the food.

How to prepare Puri at home –

We should use the same for preparing the traditional wheat flour Puri by replacing the Maida. You can also skip salt in the dough.
