- Every variety of Moong Dal One Cup or all three mixed in equal quantities
- Water to soak
- ¼ tablespoon of red chili powder
- 1/4 tablespoon of turmeric powder
- A pinch of asafoetida
- Fine chopped 1 large onion
- Salt
Step by step instructions for preparing the perfect Moong Ki Daal Ka Cheela at home –
- Step 1 – Clean Moong Dal by rinsing it in water about 5 – 6 times.
- Step 2 – Soak it for about 7 hours.
- Step 3 – The amount of Moong Dal will finally increase because it swells high by absorbing water.
- Step 4 – Use a mixer mill to create the Moong Ki Dal to create a lump of free dough.
How do I prepare Moong Ki Daal Ka Chela?
Step 1 – Take some dough in a clean bowl and add turmeric powder, followed by red chilipules, salt and cumin powder.
Step 2 – Leave the dough best for half an hour. Add some onion and finely chopped tomatoes if you want.
Step 3 -Take the pension with a non-stick and sprinkle some oil on it.
Step 4 – Spread the dough with a small bowl with a dosa.
