How can you prepare sweet Tamarind chutney at home?

  • Step 1 – Take a pan and add water and tamarind.
  • Step 2 – Cook the Tamarind in a medium flame for about 10 minutes to make it soft.
  • Step 3 – Add powder jaggery and let the mixture cook until the Jaggery has dissolved.
  • Step 4 – Finally, the mixture becomes thicker. Stir it on with a real ladder.
  • Step 5 – Add the coriander powder, chili powder and dry ginger powder.
  • Step 6 – Add the cumin powder and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Step 7 – season with salt and let the chutney cool.

  • Step 1 – Let the chutney cool down and take a small mixer mill to create a smooth paste.
  • Step 2 – Add more water if necessary and change the chutney with a small sieve.
  • Step 3 – Keep the chutney in an airtight container and cool the same thing to prepare different delicacies at home.

  • If necessary, you can use red chili powder and data.
  • Make sure you remove the seeds of the tamarind before put them in the mixer mill.
